THIS IS WORST DEVICE FROM THE WORST COMPANY.
the first one was broken and the second one was of poor quality. I now conclude that this product is piece of junk.
People can not hear me clearly. Music cuts on and off while streaming ( using an iPhone ). This is just the worst.
I sent for a replacement through Plantronics. They are the WORST. They didn’t even contact me to let me know the thing was shipped. I had to call them and go through a run around to get a shipping number. I finally got the box and they wanted me to PAY to send it back. I’m just so disgusted with that company. I’m just going to through it in the trash. That’s horrible customer service.
I’m returning the other one back to amazon. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had when it comes to shipping and dealing with companies. Don’t buy anything from Plantronics.
If i could give ths thing zero stars I would.

OK it so so, but then I am picky. I think we should get what we pay for. The phone calls really suck, the music that comes thru is just so so but OMG, the TV. Gezz you have to pull it out of your ear and you can’t turn the DOG DAMN thing DOWN! I think it does what it wants to some times.

I’ve had many other Bluetooth headsets, and this one just fell into the middle of the pack. The actual head piece did not feel and fit nicely into my ear (even though they came with different sizes of ear buds), it still doesn’t feel as nice. The extension piece is nice. I really do enjoy this extra piece as it made the headset feel more like headphones. Secondly, you can use this headset as headphones, but why would you compromise good sound quality with this bluetooth? So my overall impression was not too dazzled, but rather satisfied.
If you looking for something decent, and convenient, this is the one for you.

This is the fourth stereo bluetooth headset I’ve purchased. It is the smallest, and the worst.
First the good: the headset is nice and small. It looks reasonably stylish, as far as bluetooth headsets go. There is just a tiny cord connecting the two earbuds. The headset can convert to a mono headset without the little cord.
Now the reality: The sound quality is horrible. The whole point of buying a stereo bluetooth headset is to listen to music produced by some advanced phone, like an iPhone. It isn’t to listen to calls in stereo, because calls aren’t transmitted in stereo, its all about the music, and music sounds horrible through these.
This headset lack basic features that other stereo bluetooth headsets have, like turning off to conserve battery if they haven’t been used for a couple of hours, or the ability to change tracks in the headset. This headset does neither.
This headset lacks advanced features, like background noise cancellation.
They include four sizes of flexible earbud material to try and match your ear canal size. In my case, they were all far too large. Maybe I have small ear canals, but I had to trim all the flexible material except for the bit that slips over the plastic shaft of the earbad just to get these into my ears. The manufacturer even claims that the earbud fit is so good, that you could just slip it into your ear and it would stay without the earhook. Not in my case. Even with my tight ear canals, the headset flopped around and fell out immediately.
Battery life is horrible.
I don’t know what kind of connector the charger has, but its not like the USB ones everything else (except for the iPhone) seems to have these days. Its either proprietary, or so unusual it might as well be.
For the good reputation Plantronics seems to enjoy, this headset was very disappointing.
